Your agents can work from one world instead of being told it again every day.
Reraise sits between you and any model, so every agent you run reads from the same world. This page says how that connection works, which systems it is meant for, and what you can open today.
You type your world into your agents again every day.
A session starts, and you explain who you are, what you work on, what you already know and how you decide. A few answers later, the context is gone again. Your chats, your prompt files, your notes and the memory features of the providers each hold a fragment. Every tool sees a fragment. None of them sees you. And when you switch the model, most of it stays behind.
Connecting means one interface between your world and any model.
You never paste your world into a model again. An agent simply asks: what is relevant for this situation? Reraise answers with a context package: the active world, the relevant cards, relationships, decisions, sources and their origin. The model processes it. Your world stays outside.
Claude today, another model tomorrow, a local model, your own agents, all on the same world. It does not replace your multi-agent system. It gives it the layer that is missing: persistent knowledge, and persistent decision logic.
The board is designed for your agents as full players: they lay cards, make cards and draw connections. Only you set what you believe. Whether a card may go to a cloud model follows the hybrid rule described under Open.
The connection runs over MCP and an HTTP API.
MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is the open standard through which an AI agent uses tools. The Reraise tool brings an MCP server, so an agent that speaks MCP can ask your world for context the same way it uses any other tool. For everything else there is an HTTP API.
What it is meant for
- Agent frameworks you run yourself, for example Hermes or OpenClaw.
- Desktop and coding assistants that speak MCP, for example Claude Desktop or Claude Code.
- Notes vaults, for example Obsidian. A card is a Markdown file with its fields at the top, the same kind of file a vault already holds.
- Any other MCP client.
These names are examples of categories. None of these projects or companies is a partner of Reraise or has endorsed it.
The connector ships with the code, and the code goes public with the first trade. Until then there is nothing to install, so this page gives no setup steps.
A card can sit in any website, next to the sentence it supports.
Connecting is not only for agents. A writer can put a card behind a sentence on their own site: one small mark after the sentence, one script, and the reader opens the card where they are, with its layer, its source and the number of the member who brought it in. The page stays the writer's page; the card stays the card.
This works today for every card on the exchange. Open a card on the exchange and copy the snippet under "Embed this card", or see it on an ordinary page.
Four things are open to you today.
- Bring in a card or take one on the exchange (beta).
- Open the board demo: three fields with example data, a gold market, a vitamin D claim and a Hormuz situation map.
- Get your running number on the homepage or at the exchange.
- Read how a card is built under Cards.
